ORGANISATION and CONTACT INFORMATION
We need to clearly identify your ORGANISATION – Public Sector Organisation, Company Business Name or the name/s used for individuals working in partnerships or as sole traders.
We require a point of CONTACT, initially to acknowledge receipt of your order and confirm your requirements, subsequently regarding manufacturing issues and despatch. Accordingly we ask for the email address and telephone contact for an individual who will be responsible for facilitating order progress.
DELIVERY POINT
We require a full and complete postal address for the premises where we can arrange for the goods to be delivered.
Please note the delivery may be via a third party courier on a 2-3 day service. The courier will deliver during normal weekday working hours to the business / organisation delivery address you specify. The delivery driver will determine the exact delivery point using your delivery address postcode. It is vital that this is correct so please check most carefully. .
